Location: Eastern Market, Detroit, Michigan
Shift: Tuesday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–3:00 PM, with occasional offsite events (approximately one per month on average).

We’re looking for a high-energy, customer-focused Food Truck Attendant to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves engaging with people, and takes pride in representing a well-respected brand.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and serve customers with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Operate the point-of-sale system (card-only, no cash handling)
• Assist with food preparation and assembly of menu items
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the truck, including setup and clean-up each shift
• Support the team in ensuring smooth and efficient operations
• Be an ambassador of Grobbel’s, sharing our story, food, and tradition with every customer

• Food/bar service experience a plus!
